ORIENS s.r.o. was founded in 1994. For more than 30 years, we have developed from environmental consulting and project implementation to building our own recycling facility in Hliník nad Hronom. Our goal is to support the transition to sustainable and responsible management of discarded photovoltaic panels.
We specialize in recycling photovoltaic panels classified as non-hazardous waste. Our main goal is to recover discarded panels in an ecological and efficient way, thereby contributing to environmental protection. We use modern technological processes that allow us to recover 90–95% of valuable materials from each panel.
By recycling photovoltaic panels, we support the principles of the circular economy. The recovered materials – such as glass, aluminum, silicon, copper and plastics – are subsequently used in the production of new panels or other products. This reduces waste, limits the need for new raw material extraction and extends the lifecycle of materials.
